Let’s talk June!!! June 7th event at Glass House Creative Studio in Mid City/Mid Wilshire area: Puff & Pilates + a Sound Bath. This event is in collaboration with well known influencer @IndicaWife and features pilates, a smoke sesh, and then a relaxing sound bath. June 20th in Burbank, Alice is collaborating with a well-known yoga instructor for a canna-yoga + a FLOATING sound bath experience.
What is a floating sound bath, you may ask? It’s where attendees lay on a blow-up mattress in a pool while I play my instruments outside of the water. You will not get wet! This floating experience is a play on your senses.
Schedule: smoke sesh, yoga, sesh, sound bath.

As a note, Alice is available for private sound baths at your home or at a venue of your booking. She can accommodate guest sizes of all amounts and can provide up to 30 yoga mats and pillows for an additional minimal rental fee.
